Elementos (ASX:ELT) issued around 17.5 million fully-paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.28 per share under its placement disclosed on Monday, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
It had received commitments to raise a minimum of AU$8.7 million via the placement.
A further 3,928,573 shares are expected to be issued under the same placement on or around Jan. 19, 2026.
