Fantasia Holdings Group (HKG:1777) agreed to sell its interest in an under-development industrial park in China's Shenzhen, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Shares of the property developer fell nearly 7% in morning trade Thursday.
The firm entered an agreement with Shenzhen Tuomei Lianhua Trading to dispose Twinkle Electronic, which owns a 60.67% stake in phase 2 of Project Able Electronic, an industrial park located at Longgang District of Shenzhen.
The company is selling the stake for 30 million yuan.
The firm also announced the sale of Shenzhen Fireworks Innovation Industry Operation Management, or Huahuo, to Shenzhen Lianxiang Commercial Management for 1 million yuan and assumption of 48 million yuan in debt by a related entity, Shenzhen Longlian Investment Consulting.
Huahuo is an operator of industrial parks and the sublessor of a property in Shenzhen.
