Infragreen Group Says Entity Controlled by Managing Director Agrees With Shareholders to Settle Historical Business Dealings Matter

Infragreen Group (ASX:IFN) said that Silver Square Investments, an entity controlled by Managing Director Declan Sherman, has agreed with substantial shareholders Ellzed and Andnatco AWX to settle a private matter related to the parties' historical business dealings, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the deal, Silver Square shall pay in cash the equivalent of 7 million shares in the company to Ellzed and Andnatco on Sept. 15, 2027, the filing said.
Silver Square may elect at a future date to settle the payment by transferring an equivalent number of shares in the company to Ellzed and Andnatco, the filing said.
