格隆汇11月28日丨协鑫新能源(00451.HK)公告，内容有关2024年苏州经营服务协议，据此，苏州协鑫运营(公司的间接全资附属公司)同意向苏州协鑫科技提供若干经营及管理服务。2024年苏州经营服务协议及其相应年度上限已于2025年11月12日届满。因苏州协鑫运营将继续向苏州协鑫科技提供服务，于2025年11月28日，苏州协鑫运营与苏州协鑫科技订立2025年苏州经营服务协议，据此，苏州协鑫运营同意继续向苏州协鑫科技提供若干经营及管理服务，自2025年11月28日起为期一年，代价为人民币628.5万元。
