管理层讨论与分析中提到，本集团在师资建设方面取得显著成果，投入约5000万元进行培训，并获得多项国家级和省级奖项。此外，集团与多家知名企业建立了深度合作关系，提升了学生的就业竞争力。报告期内，毕业生就业率超过90%，重点专业的就业率保持在95%以上，显示出良好的市场适应能力。
