11月28日，希教国际控股（01765）发布截至2025年8月31日止年度的业绩公告。报告期内，公司收入为39.6亿元，较上年同期的37.32亿元增加2.28亿元或6.12%。该增长主要由于境内外院校在校学生收费标准提升。同时，销售成本为22.93亿元，较上年增加6.21%，主要是由于提升教学质量和增配师资所致。净利为3.87亿元，同比减少36.93%，减少的主要原因是对公司历史并购院校形成的商誉进行了全面减值测试，计提了5.59亿元的商誉减值。
管理层讨论与分析部分提到，公司持续深化校企协同育人机制，与近百家重点企业建立合作关系，拓展高质量就业渠道。报告期内，公司共举办各类双选会、专场招聘会799场，吸引5,346家企业参与，提供岗位超过18.1万个，毕业生综合能力获得用人单位普遍认可。
