智通财经APP讯，辰林教育(01593)发布截至2025年8月31日止年度业绩，收益6.007亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长0.2%;净亏损4.12亿元，上年同期溢利1536.7万元;每股基本亏损0.43元。
年内亏损主要由于(i)集团收购的江西技师学院及贵州学院的经营估算有所下调，而确认的商誉及部分非流动资产一次性、非现金的减值亏损约人民币2.888亿元;(ii)集团收购的现金产生单位之一于年内撤回从非营利性改为营利性民办学校的申请，原为建设该现金产生单位而收取的政府补贴不再存在归还义务，其后确认为递延收益，因恢复递延收益而产生一次性、非现金亏损约人民币4260万元;(iii)集团旗下相关院校的基础设施建设及设备改良逐步完成，非现金的固定资产折旧摊销成本同比增加约人民币2500万元。排除上述一次性非现金开支影响，年内产生溢利约人民币1.845亿元。
