格隆汇11月30日丨晶科能源(688223.SH)公布，2024年4月26日，晶科能源股份有限公司(以下简称"公司")全资子公司山西晶科能源贰号智造有限公司(以下简称"山西晶科")一期切片电池车间屋面发生火情引发火灾事故。 上述事故导致山西晶科等主体部分设备及资产受损，公司已在《2024年年度报告》中计提相应损失。上述受损资产系已投保资产，山西晶科等主体已与承保保险公司签订《二次预付赔款协议》，近日山西晶科收到承保保险公司支付的预付赔款人民币2亿元。截至本公告披露日，山西晶科累计已收到承保保险公司预付赔款人民币2.2亿元。公司已对本次火灾事故所涉保险赔偿款计提了坏账损失，经财务部初步评估，本次收到预付赔款对公司2025年业绩产生一定积极影响，最终的会计处理及其对公司财务报表的影响以会计师事务所审计确认后的结果为准。 本预付赔款不代表承保公司认可本次事故属于保险责任，是否构成保险责任、保险人是否应当给付保险金应按法律法规、保险合同以及政府正式批复、公开的事故调查报告等为基础予以确定。
