众安在线（06060）发布公告，董事会于2025年11月28日召开会议，决定选举尹海担任公司董事长，任期自2025年11月28日起至2028年11月27日止，合计三年。
尹海于2022年11月加入公司，之前曾在多家金融机构担任要职。其董事袍金将由公司提名与薪酬管理委员会根据市场情况及可比公司水平进行审定，并需股东大会批准。
此外，董事会还选举了各专门委员会的成员。尹海担任战略与投资决策委员会主任，其他成员包括欧亚平、史良洵、姜兴、李高峰及张爽。监事会于同日选举温玉萍担任监事会主席，任期与尹海相同。
温玉萍自2013年11月起加入公司，具备丰富的财务管理经验。她的监事袍金同样需经提名与薪酬管理委员会审定并由股东大会批准。
