Odaily星球日报讯 区块链咨询公司 Forgd 创始人 Shane Molidor 表示，信息不对称与抢先交易行为正在从传统代币市场扩散至数字资产信托（DAT）等机构级产品。
Molidor 指出，DAT 早期主要配置比特币等高流动性大市值资产，价格发现效率较高、操纵空间有限。但随着竞争加剧，不少 DAT 开始转向流动性较弱、市值更小的代币以寻求更高收益，使其更容易受到价格操纵和异常波动影响。
他进一步表示，DAT 的募资流程同样存在结构性风险：在面向潜在投资者进行沟通时，内部人士可能提前获知未来的购币方向，从而在二级市场抢先布局，借助随后的资金流入获取收益。这类“准内幕式”抢先交易或将成为机构产品的新隐患。（Cointelegraph）
