ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克数字资产战略负责人 Matt Savarese 表示，交易所已将其代币化股票方案的 SEC 审批视为首要任务，并将“尽可能加快推进”。该提案旨在允许投资者在纳斯达克平台交易以公开上市公司股份为基础的代币化资产。
Savarese 强调，纳斯达克并非试图“颠覆现有体系”，而是希望在 SEC 监管框架下，以“负责任、以投资者为导向”的方式推动代币化资产走向主流。他表示，后续将根据公众反馈与监管问题持续完善方案。
报道指出，代币化股票已成为今年加密行业讨论的重点之一。今年 9 月，Galaxy Digital 宣布成为首个在主要区块链上将公司股权代币化的纳斯达克上市企业。此外，不少行业人士对代币化股票可能对加密生态带来的价值增量持谨慎态度，认为若代币化资产主要运行在各类二层网络，价值回流至以太坊及更广泛加密市场的空间或有限。
