　　11月28日，天立国际控股（01773）发布截至2025年8月31日止年度业绩公告。公司收益为35.89亿元，较去年增长8.1%；毛利为12.14亿元，增长8.5%；年内溢利为6.48亿元，增长16.5%。经调整年内溢利为6.18亿元，增长7.0%。基本每股盈利为32.25分，增幅17.2%；摊薄每股盈利为31.86分，增幅17.0%。每股股息总额为9.68分，增幅17.3%。股息派付率维持在30%。

　　在财务回顾中，公司的收益主要来自综合教育服务、产品销售、综合后勤服务及管理及特许经营费。综合教育服务的收益为18.68亿元，增长7.0%，主要受高中生入读人数增加的推动。产品销售收益为9.92亿元，增长8.0%，因持续加密供应链渠道布局。管理及特许经营费收益增长93.9%，达到1.16亿元，因新增管理八所学校。

　　管理层讨论与分析部分指出，公司的教育服务持续受到需求增长的支持，并且在报告年度中，学生升学率显著提高。公司在四川省及其他地区的学校数量持续扩展，聘请教师数量增加至2,610名。整体来看，公司在教育服务业务的表现稳健，并计划通过AI技术进一步提升教育质量和运营效率。
