BlockBeats 消息，11 月 30 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，以太坊开发者正准备在 12 月 3 日（周三）在以太坊主网上线该网络 2025 年的第二次升级。此次升级名为 Fusaka（由 Fulu 与 Osaka 两个名称组合而成），将同时在以太坊的共识层和执行层进行升级。
该升级的目标是提升以太坊处理来自各类 Layer 2 网络的大规模交易吞吐能力，这些二层网络以以太坊作为基础层。Fusaka 共包含 12 项代码变更，即以太坊改进提案（EIP），旨在让 Layer 2 使用体验更加快速、成本更低。
