11月28日，国药控股（01099）发布公告，宣布非执行董事、董事长及授权代表赵炳祥因工作安排原因辞任，辞任同时还有非执行董事冯蓉丽。
同时，董事会提议任命晋斌和李莹为非执行董事，任命需经股东大会批准后生效。晋斌将担任董事长及授权代表，此外，他还将担任提名委员会主席、战略与投资委员会主席及法律合规与环境、社会及治理委员会委员，任职同样需待股东大会批准。
为了进行股东特别大会以批准建议的董事任命，公司将于2025年12月16日至12月19日暂停股份过户登记，期间不接受任何股份过户申请。股东大会定于2025年12月19日召开，届时，所有在12月16日名列股东名册的股东均有权出席及投票。
