河北新闻网讯（河北日报记者王巍）11月28日，河北海伟电子新材料科技股份有限公司在香港联合交易所（以下简称“港交所”）上市（证券简称：海伟股份；股票代码：09609.HK），本次公开发行股票3545.6万股，发行价格为14.28港元/股，募集资金5.06亿港元，主要用于扩大产能、新型薄膜材料研发及产业链整合。这是记者从河北省委金融办获悉的。

海伟股份位于衡水市景县，公司深耕新能源核心赛道，专注于电容器基膜、金属化膜等关键材料的研发与生产，拥有电容器基膜生产线自主设计开发核心技术，获专利58项。该公司产品广泛应用于新能源汽车、光伏储能、工业设备等领域。

今年以来，河北省抢抓资本市场政策机遇，制定《全省推进企业上市工作方案》，举办“借力资本市场·聚力燕赵智造——河北资本市场大讲堂”，组织企业走进证券交易所，开展重点拟上市企业包联走访，多措并举加快推动企业上市融资。随着海伟股份成功上市，河北上市企业达122家（含A+H股4家），其中，港交所上市企业35家。
