NoonTalk Media (SGX:SEJ) secured a convertible loan of up to SG$750,000, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The loan agreement is in connection with an award show organized by the company's subsidiary, NTM Masterpiece. Under the agreement, the investor has agreed to subscribe to shares in NTM.
The investor is an honorary chairman of RuiFeng Wealth Management.
Shares of the media entertainment company surged nearly 6% at the close of trading on Thursday.
