智通财经APP获悉，中教控股(00839)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨3.85%，报2.97港元，成交额6608.1万港元。
消息面上，里昂研报指出，中教控股2025财年收入及盈利分别同比增长11.9%及0.8%，符合公司指引及此前盈利预告，当中主要由于海南学校计提减值损失，未派发股息亦符合预期。华西证券也表示，公司归母净利主要受海南学校就商誉及无形资产确认的非现金减值计提17.06亿元影响，调整项合计为17.74亿元（无形资产减值17.06亿元、汇兑收益0.17亿元、校舍应付建设成本的公允价值变动0.51亿元），还原后该行分析正常归母净利约20.5亿元。目前账上商誉为9.09亿元。
