Skylink Holdings (SGX:XZB) will acquire 132 units of commercial vehicles from a third party to optimize its vehicle replacement cycles, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new fleet is expected to provide immediate recurring revenue stream, the filing said.
Shares of the vehicle leasing and workshop servicing company were down over 3% at the close of trade on Wednesday.
