Regis Healthcare Agrees to Sell Two Queensland Aged Care Homes to Ozcare

Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) agreed to sell its Ayr and Home Hill aged care homes in Far North Queensland, comprising 156 operational beds, to Ozcare, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The sale is projected to deliver a one-off pre-tax gain of around AU$25 million for the company, which will be reflected in its fiscal 2026 results, with completion expected by March 1, 2026, pending customary conditions, per the filing.
The company has also completed the acquisition of Ocean Mist on the Victorian Surf Coast and Drysdale Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula on Monday, the filing added.
