A-Zenith Home Furnishings (SHA:603389) plans to sell its Nanjing Datang Technology Building first-floor ABC Zone property and related parking spaces for 51 million yuan.
The buyer is related party Shanghai Yazhen Investment, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The transaction requires shareholder approval.
