据路透，爱马仕第五代继承人Nicolas Puech遗产争议有新进展。Puech将对LVMH集团创办人兼主席阿尔诺(Bernard Arnault)及LVMH集团旗下企业提出民事诉讼。根据法国法律，提出民事诉讼并不意味有着不当行为。报道引述法院文件显示，现年82岁的Nicolas Puech称，其持有的600万股爱马仕股份，多年前在他不知情的情况下被转让，矛头指向阿尔诺及LVMH集团。若按爱马仕现时股价估算，该批股份市值约140亿欧元。Puech称向“任何在刑事程序中被认定有罪的一方”索赔，并保留追究600万股爱马仕持股损失的权利。
