智通财经APP讯，万物云(02602)公布，董事会决定适时行使股份购回授权于公开市场回购H股，拟动用的资金上限为人民币5亿元，实际回购价格将参照(其中包括)市场情况、公司H股现行市价相较公司H股发行价格的波动等因素，并结合《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及公司须遵守的所有适用法律及法规所厘定。
董事会相信，在当前市况下回购股份将彰显公司对自身业务发展及前景充满信心，并最终使公司受益及为股东创造价值回报，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
根据股份回购授权，公司获准回购最多115,649,292股H股占公司于股东周年会上通过特别决议案当日已发行H股总数(不包括库存股份及已回购但尚未注销的H股)的10%，并维持足够的公众持股量。此次股份回购所需资金将以公司自有财务资源拨付。
