11月22日至23日，由广东省江门市新会区总工会与区人力资源和社会保障局联合主办的2025年新会区“金秋招聘会”暨VR职业体验专场在新会人民会堂前举行。招聘会特别引入了“VR职业体验专区”，让求职者沉浸式体验目标岗位的真实工作场景，帮助他们精准定位职业方向，提升人岗匹配效能。（12月1日《南方工报》）
VR借助现代科技手段，为人们带来视觉、听觉和触觉等方面的全新体验。目前，这一技术已广泛运用到学习、工作、观展等多个场景。广东江门新会区总工会举办的招聘会，特设“VR职业体验专区”，让求职者沉浸式感受岗位场景，为破解人岗匹配难题提供了新思路。
通过VR虚拟现实技术模拟真实职场环境，还原操作流程，让求职者直观掌握岗位内容与企业氛围，提前判断自身适配度，提高人岗精准匹配；用人单位也能筛选出对岗位有清晰认知的候选人，提升招聘效率、降低成本，实现“求职者少走弯路，企业精准选材”的双赢。
随着社会快速发展，各种高科技和智能化手段，已广泛运用到求职招聘的不同场景中。当下就业市场对人岗匹配精度要求日益提高，各地相关部门应借鉴此类创新，在招聘会中引入更多科技元素，以更温情、更智能的服务，打通就业服务“最后一公里”，让就业服务既有温度，又有精度，切实助力稳就业、促发展。
