12月2日，景业名邦集团（02231）发布公告，指出截至2024年12月31日止年度的年报中，因多项不确定性对公司持续经营的能力构成重大疑问，核数师已出具不发表意见的报告。
为了解决不发表意见的问题，公司在截至2025年11月30日止的一个月内采取了一系列措施以减轻流动资金压力及改善财务状况。
截至2025年11月30日，公司银行及其他借款总额约为30.75亿元，其中本金总额约为15.74亿元的借款被视为违约，约1.31亿元的借款被视为交叉违约。公司正与贷款人积极磋商重续及延期偿还违约借款，并与顾问和债权人持续讨论债务重组计划。此外，公司在截至2025年11月30日止的十一个月内，合约销售总额约为2.57亿元。
公司还继续寻求其他替代性融资及借款，以清偿现有融资义务并为未来营运开支提供资金。公司将密切关注融资市场及政策变化，适时推进或增加新融资，并向政府寻求帮助，以获得多样化的融资方案。
