智通财经APP讯，乐氏国际控股(01529)发布公告，于2025年12月2日，公司(作为卖方)拟向买方(曾宪勇先生)出售目标公司(健升物流投资有限公司)的约30%已发行股本，代价为人民币3000万元。
目标公司主要从事投资控股。集团一直致力寻求机会，以完善目标集团的股东基础，并提升其长期发展前景。目标集团近年持续取得亏损，董事认为引入新投资者可带来额外的市场资源、业务网络及策略支援，有助改善目标集团未来的营运表现。出售事项亦使集团得以变现其于目标公司的部分投资，同时于完成后维持对目标集团的控制权。因此，集团将继续指导及监督目标集团的整体业务发展。此外，代价使集团有机会于买方付清代价时获得相应于已出售权益的现金流入。该等所得款项于收讫后，将用于巩固集团未来流动资金状况，并为其一般营运资金及业务需求提供额外灵活性。
