七元投资发布截至2025年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益8464.3万港元，同比减少23.63%;净利润39.6万港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本溢利0.06港仙。
公告称，收益减少乃主要由于在地产相关的租赁及贸易分部中采取了更保守的获取新生意策略；及深圳零售游乐场业务受激烈竞争导致收入的下降所导致。
