智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月2日，佳明集团控股(01271)股东将股票由立桥国际证券转入立桥证券，转仓市值9.56亿港元，占比72.38%。
佳明集团控股截至2025年9月30日止六个月业绩显示，收益2.535亿港元，同比下降62.9%;净亏损2605.2万港元，上年同期溢利5260万港元。由净溢利转为净亏损主要由于：(i)住宅物业交付大幅减少及一项数据中心租约到期;(ii)因物业销售收入减少而导致销售费用下降;(iii)发展中投资物业重估所产生的公平值收益显著减少至40万港元。
