Red Cat Holdings Names CFO Christian Ericson as Oper Chief

Drone and robotic solutions company Red Cat Holdings said Chief Financial Officer Christian Ericson has been named chief operating officer.

Ericson joined Red Cat in March as CFO. Prior to that, he was head of finance and accounting at Western Steel Buildings. His experience also includes 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Red Cat said.

The company also said Christian Morrison will succeed Ericson as CFO. Morrison brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, the company said. Prior to joining Red Cat, he was vice president, finance, and interim CFO at Skullcandy. He also worked for Varex Imaging, Ernst and Young and Overstock.com, Red Cat said.

The company said it is a provider of all-domain drone and robotic solutions for defense and national security.
