Resideo Technologies (REZI) said late Tuesday it has sold its Grid Services demand response business to EnergyHub, a subsidiary of Alarm.com (ALRM).
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The company said it will now focus on residential controls and sensing products businesses. It added that the deal has no material impact on its 2025 outlook.
Resideo said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
