IDP Education (ASX:IEL) received notice that Citigroup Global Markets Australia and its affiliated entities became a substantial holder of the company on Dec. 2, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Citigroup now owns 14.8 million shares in the company, representing a 5.3007% total voting power, the filing said.
