智通财经APP获悉，环球新材国际(06616)再涨超5%，10月30日至今累计涨幅已超100%。截至发稿，涨4.16%，报9.27港元，成交额7689.11万港元。
消息面上，环球新材国际近日公布关连交易，收购七色珠光2.57%股权，代价为6902万人民币，将透过发行957.16万股代价股支付，发行价8.01港元。完成后，公司将持有七色珠光99.76%股权，其主要从事珠光颜料及云母功能填料的生产及销售。
环球新材国际公告指出，七色珠光的业务持续增长，并成为本集团整体核心业务单位。董事会拟增加对七色珠光的股权持有，旨在透过将更多利润或更高比例的利润分红合并至集团的财务业绩中，提高其投资回报。
