快科技12月4日消息，近日，深圳一用户反映称：在已经付费发布招聘信息后，Boss直聘平台里的"年龄""性别"等筛选功能还需额外付费开VIP后才能使用。
BOSS平台筛选页面显示，HR需开通50元/月的VIP会员方可使用年龄、专业、活跃度等核心筛选条件。
对此，boss直聘客服回应称：“年龄、性别筛选目前确实是属于VIP专享的一个特权，如果没有开VIP，没有办法用的，平台目前确实是这样，可能更精准吧。”
此外，上述客服还建议：“如果想要找到合适的求职者，可以尝试多点一下不合适和收藏，后续系统也会优化推荐。”
