新华财经纽约12月3日电（记者刘亚南）美国零售百货品牌梅西百货公司3日公布财报显示，按照一般公认会计原则，该公司在2025财年第三季度（截至11月1日）实现1100万美元净利润，显著低于前一财年同期的2800万美元。
不过，梅西百货第三季度调整稀释后每股盈利为9美分，好于此前预期的负20美分至负15美分。
梅西百货公司表示，该季度毛利率为39.4%，低于去年同期的39.6%。这一下滑主要是由于关税冲击带来的负面影响。
财报显示，包括关闭门店带来的影响后，梅西百货公司该季度净销售收入为47.13亿美元，同比减少0.6%。不过，其自有门店可比销售收入同比增长2.5%。
梅西百货首席执行官托尼·斯普林（Tony Spring）表示，第三季度销售是过去十三个季度最为强劲的一个季度，反映了公司新战略加速推进并证明整个公司层面出现的变化引起顾客共鸣。但他对第四季度业绩前景持审慎态度。
梅西百货公司预计，在涵盖年末购物季的本财年第四季度将实现73.5亿美元至75亿美元净销售收入，略高于市场预期的73亿美元。调整稀释后每股盈利预计为1.35美元至1.55美元，低于分析师预期的1.58美元。
受线上零售快速发展、新冠疫情冲击和消费者偏好改变等影响，面临客流量下降的挑战，历史悠久的梅西百货近年来被迫进行大规模裁员和关闭线下门店。该公司在2024年2月宣布调整经营战略，在继续关闭门店的同时开拓线上销售渠道、小型门店和高端零售业务。
