智通财经APP讯，瀚华金控(03903)发布公告，本公司董事会获隆鑫控股有限公司告知：2025年11月14日，重庆市第五中级人民法院作出(2022)渝05破76号之三十二民事裁定(该裁定)，该裁定同意将隆鑫控股有限公司持有的合计3.74亿股本公司股票分别划转至重庆国际信托股份有限公司(重庆国际信托)、中国东方资产管理股份有限公司(中国东方资产)及国民信托有限公司-国民信托·凤凰18号瀚华金控抵债服务信托计划(国民信托)的证券帐户。
截止到2025年11月20日止，隆鑫控股有限公司持有本公司4.32亿股内资股，占本公司总股份约9.40%。根据该裁定，隆鑫控股有限公司持有的本公司合计约3.74亿股内资股已于2025年11月21日抵偿给相应债权人并完成过户。在完成此次过户后，国民信托持有本公司约3.61亿股内资股，占本公司总股份约7.84%;重庆国际信托持有本公司895.96万股内资股，占本公司总股份约0.19%;中国东方资产持有本公司400.67万股内资股，占本公司总股份约0.09%;隆鑫控股有限公司持有本公司5856.25万股内资股，占本公司总股份约1.27%。
