Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ, NZE:AIR) confirmed that all strike notices for Dec. 8 were withdrawn, adding that all flights across its network will operate as scheduled, according to a statement from Chief People Officer Nikki Dines on Thursday.
There is one remaining notice from E tu covering around half of the airline's narrowbody cabin crew for strike action on Dec. 18, Dines said in an emailed statement to MT Newswires. However, "constructive" discussions are ongoing, and the airline's focus is on avoiding strike actions altogether.
The airline's shares rose 1% in recent trading on the Australian bourse on Thursday.
