智通财经APP获悉，伟能集团(01608)今日复牌，午后跌幅扩大逾30%，截至发稿，跌34.3%，报0.136港元，成交额57.28万港元。
消息面上，12月1日晚，伟能集团公布，公司获悉中国中车香港资本管理有限公司(呈请人)于2025年11月28日分别向香港特别行政区高等法院提出针对公司及全资附属伟能集团控股的清盘呈请，内容有关若干由呈请人分别与伟能集团控股及VPower Technology Company Limited订立的融资租赁协议以及公司向呈请人作出的担保，涉及声称未付款项为3194.39万美元。
公告称，该公司及伟能集团控股反对该等呈请。公司正寻求法律意见，并将采取一切必要行动保护其合法权利。截至公告日期，公司并无向高等法院申请认可令的计划。
