Alpina's (SGX:ZXY) shareholders received confirmation of the payment of the scheme consideration, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Meanwhile, payment of the special dividend will also be made to entitled shareholders on the same day.
Following the payments, the integrated building management services company will be delisted from the SGX-ST with effect from Dec. 4.
