Simcere Pharma Grants 15.4 million RSUs Under Incentive Scheme; Shares Slip 4%

Simcere Pharmaceutical Group (HKG:2096) agreed to grant over 15.4 million restricted share units (RSUs) to 97 participants under a 2021 incentive scheme, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the pharmaceutical firm were down nearly 4% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The RSUs represent the same number of underlying shares.
The grantees include certain executive directors, members of the senior management, and 92 other employees.
