12月2日，据香港01，TVB视后林夏薇的金融才俊丈夫莫赞生（Jason），今年4月因拖欠逾1.35亿元港币货款被颁令破产后，其破产期再遭无限期延长。

高等法院暂委法官林展程昨（1日）颁布“破产不开始令”，批准破产受托人的书面申请。由于莫赞生未有遵从法例要求提交财产资料，法庭裁定他的破产期暂时不会开始计算，意味着他将无限期地处于破产状态，直至他向受托人提交所有资产、交易等相关资料，或法庭另作命令。

林夏薇，1987年6月30日出生于福建省厦门市，毕业于中央戏剧学院表演系本科班 ，中国香港影视及话剧女演员、歌手，中国香港话剧团全职演员 ，邵氏兄弟合约艺人 。
