知情人士表示，康卡斯特意图打造更大的娱乐巨头，计划将旗下NBC电视网、影视制作工作室以及主题公园业务与华纳兄弟业务整合。
获得华纳兄弟的HBO Max将显著增强NBC旗下流媒体服务Peacock的影响力。
康卡斯特周二在纽约股市收高1.7%，至27.02美元。华纳兄弟股价上涨2.8%，至24.53美元。
