智通财经APP获悉，亿都(国际控股)(00259)盘中涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.33%，报4.03港元，成交额522.62万港元。
消息面上，沐曦股份发布首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市发行安排及初步询价公告，本次发行拟发行数量4010万股，拟募集资金39.04亿元，初步询价日2025年12月2日，申购日2025年12月5日。公开资料显示，算丰信息是亿都国际的全资子公司，也是国产AI芯片明星公司沐曦的核心客户和股东。
此外，亿都(国际控股)近期公布9月底中期业绩，收入约5.54亿港元，同比增长5.13%；公司拥有人应占溢利约12.18亿港元，同比增长约11.55倍。溢利增加主要是由于按公允值计入损益的财务资产公允值变动的收益所致。
