消息面上，象兴国际发布公告称，西井控股(香港)有限公司拟以每股0.21港元的价格，部分要约收购公司3.712亿股，占公司已发行股本的比例为29%，要约价较上一交易日收盘价0.228港元折让约7.89%。
公开资料显示，西井科技聚焦商专车无人驾驶。据证券时报报道，西井控股（香港）有限公司是西井科技的控股子公司。本次要约收购一旦完成，象兴国际有望成为港股商用车无人驾驶概念第一股。另据公开信息，西井科技也已于今年4月向上海证监局提交了上市辅导备案报告，拟在A股市场IPO。
