Cokal Completes Coal Shipment to Krakatau Posco Under Supply Contract; Shares Fall Over 4%

Cokal (ASX:CKA) completed a shipment of 7,000 MT of coal to Krakatau Posco in Indonesia, a member of the Posco Group (Korea), under a supply contract, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The first barge was dispatched, and the second barge is scheduled to be loaded before the end of the week, the filing. said. The shipment was structured and marketed by M Resources.
Cokal is also in talks with Krakatau Posco through M Resources regarding an additional small-volume delivery targeted for late December, per the filing.
The company's shares fell over 4% in recent trading on Wednesday.
