BlockBeats 消息，12 月 4 日，由 Cantor Fitzgerald 和 Jack Mallers 支持的比特币投资公司 Twenty One Capital 与特殊目的收购公司 Cantor Equity Partners（纳斯达克：CEP）宣布，CEP 股东已在特别股东大会上批准双方业务合并提案。
合并交易预计将于 12 月 8 日完成，合并后的公司将以 Twenty One Capital 名义运营，其 A 类普通股预计于 12 月 9 日开始在纽约证券交易所交易，股票代码为"XXI"。
