据悉，Bitnomial 上月依据美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）第 40.6(a) 条监管规定提交了自我认证文件。该条款规定，注册指定合约市场（DCMs）在证明符合《商品交易法》（CEA）要求后，便可实施新规则。Bitnomial 自我认证的规则涵盖“现货”产品上市，其中包括依据《商品交易法》2(c)(2)(D) 条款开展的零售杠杆现货交易，能让客户在交易所直接买卖和融资数字资产。根据 11 月 13 日提交的文件，相关规则已于上周五正式生效，这意味着现货交易可能在未来几天内启动。
