Toppoint Holdings Chief Financial Officer John Feliciano III is resigning effective Dec. 15.

His resignation was due to personal reasons rather than any disagreement with Toppoint, the trucking company said Wednesday. It did not share information about a search for his successor.

Florence Ng, a Hong Kong-based lawyer, will take Feliciano's seat on the board of directors.

The company also said Wednesday it had hired Kah Loong Randy Yeo to serve as its new controller on Nov. 26.
