12月3日，复宏汉霖（02696）发布公告，宣布与国药控股的经销框架协议（2025重续）已达成，该协议的初始期限自2023年1月1日起至2025年12月31日止，现已自动续期三年，新的协议有效期自2026年1月1日至2028年12月31日。
根据协议，复宏汉霖将继续向国药控股集团销售其产品，预计在2026年、2027年及2028年，每年的交易金额上限分别为38.7亿元、39.01亿元及44.53亿元。
过去的交易金额显示，2023年和2024年期间，复宏汉霖自国药控股收到的销售收入分别约为19.17亿元及20.41亿元，而截至2025年9月30日的九个月内，销售金额约为16.93亿元。
