智通财经APP讯，中基长寿科学(00767)公布，于2025年12月1日，该公司拟向中国国际骨关节医疗集团有限公司收购亚洲综合细胞库有限公司已发行股本的25%，初始代价为3亿港元，将根据特别授权向卖方发行本金额最高达3亿港元的不可赎回可换股票据，借此支付初始代价。
据悉，目标公司主要经营一家精品高端客制化干细胞及IPSC储存中心，并提供检测及临床前免疫治疗服务予多国客户，尤其是中国香港及中国内地的高净值个人客户。目标公司亦采用以下商号营业：卫斯曼院士国际先进医疗中心及亚洲国际医学检测中心，其拥有一支由注册医生及实验室技术人员组成的团队，从事辅助医疗服务。
董事认为，干细胞及IPSC储存服务及细胞免疫疗法医疗服务，乃增长潜力庞大的新拓展业务领域。尤其细胞免疫疗法医疗服务正呈现指数级增长态势，此乃得力于消费者需求激增，以及大众对先进皮肤再生、全方位生命力提升、全面健康养生方案、临床前介入策略及主动健康管理等领域的投资意欲增加。
