智通财经APP讯，九源基因(02566)公布，董事会于2025年12月2日议决，视乎市况，公司拟根据购回授权，自本公告日期起至购回授权届满止期间，使用最多人民币1亿元于公开市场以自有资金购回最多约1090.97万股H股。每次购回的每股H股的实际购回价比紧随每次购回前五个交易日内H股股份平均收市价溢价不得高于5%或以上。根据购回授权进行购回的H股股份将可能会被注销、持作库存股份或用于股份激励计划。
公司现时现金流量稳健，整体财务状况稳定，可满足公司业务持续发展的需求。董事会认为，当前的股份成交价格并未充分反映公司的内在价值及业务前景，于现况下进行股份购回将彰显公司及管理层团队对公司的业务发展前景及增长潜力充满信心，最终会为公司带来裨益并为股东创造价值。
