迈阿密的指数得分高达1.7,位居榜首,这主要归因于2024至2025年间房价上涨了1.9%。而东京和苏黎世也高于1.5的关键阈值,同期两地的房价分别上涨了5.7%和5%。与此同时,一些房地产市场正在经历调整。香港房价下跌7.9%后,目前处于估值合理区间。
